Travel Packing List

The Essentials I never leave my home without

TRAVEL Credit cards

My go to cards are my Chase Sapphire Reserve and Bilt Mastercard. They both have no foreign transaction fee and both reward you with points based on type of purchase that you can redeem on hotels, airfare and other fun stuff. I alternate between the two depending on points structure. Also, I think it’s good to carry more than one credit card on trip in case you lose one or it gets stolen.

WEEKENDER BAG with shoe compartment

I love this one because it is versatile and neutral, and I no longer like spending a lot of money on luxury carryons because everything gets ruined in the overhead. I use the shoe compartment for my tech case because I like easy access to my devices when I’m traveling. The pockets also give me easy access to my passport and sanitizing kit.

Tech Case

Love this because it fits all my devices—my laptop, ipad, airpods, both my phones and charger. Keeps it all in one place and fits right next to you on your plane seat.

Flat jewelry case

As much as I’d like to bring a mini version of my jewelry box, it gets quite cumbersome while traveling. Love this case because it fits in my carryon and doesn’t up take much space.

Power Bank

I basically never leave my apartment without my power bank, so it’s not a shocker I take it when Im traveling too. I use my phone for EVERYTHING, so always need to charge it. Love this because it is compact, charges quickly and can charge multiple devices.

larq Water Bottle

I drink a lot of water, and i mean A LOT. Love this bottle as it cleans water in 60 seconds with LED lighting, and keeps your water cool. It’s also great for the environment since it is BPA and plastic free.

Universal Adapter

This is amazing because it has every plug you can think of in one little square. I even bring this on my domestic travels because it has USB ports for extra charging.

Luggage weight

This has become my #1 necessity since I travel around Europe a lot and I don’ t have my 75lb (32kg) luggage allowance that I get with US flights. Most EU airlines only allow a max of 50lb (23kg), and some 44lb (20kg), so this will come in handy in reallocating the contents of your luggage.

Higher dose infrared mask

Just because you feel jetlagged doesn’t mean you have to look it. I pop this on for 20 minutes and take a power nap the day I land. I use it throughout my trip when my skin is feeling dull and needs a boost.

Water Flosser

I bring this anytime I am not staying at home, even if it just an overnight trip. This is far more effective than regular flossing and easier IMHO. If you never want to experience a root canal, you need this now. #IYKYK

gaiam foldable Yoga Mat

This has been my savior when I’m traveling on the go. I hate going to the hotel gym so just pop my yoga mat out anytime I want to do a spot workout or stretch from my workout app.

bumble & bumble dry shampoo

This keeps my blowout much longer and is by far my favorite dry shampoo. I take it on all my travels. Helps my blowout live longer and gives it a great bounce after a long flight. There is also a powder version if you are not checking bags. I carry and alternate between both depending on the climate.
